Hopefully you are completely satisfied with your order from Blond & Brown, if not? You have 14 days (after receipt of the order) to return the order. this only applies to our ORGANIC GINGER JUICE. The shipping costs of a return are for your own account.

Returns

Return the package to us within 14 days of cancellation. As a customer, you are responsible for properly packaging your return shipment. Pack the item, add the completed return form. In addition, make sure that the articles are well protected by means of paper. This prevents damage during the transport of the bottles. Do not forget to mention the order number!

After receiving your return package

After receiving the product, we will assess whether the product is still in good condition. If the item has been opened and damaged, for example, or for other reasons, we cannot accept this and you will receive the item back.

Handling

From the moment you have indicated that you wish to return the purchase, we will refund the purchase amount to you as soon as possible and always within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the returned item.
